The Steubenville Pottery was organized in 1879 in Steubenville, Ohio. The Pottery closed its doors in 1959.
Steubenville not only produced dinnerware for their own sales but also for other distributors. Most, if not all, of the Monticello line was produced for Herman C. Kupper of New York.
