Robbins Nest is an independent retailer selling discontinued patterns of
china, dinnerware, tableware, and glassware made by various potters.
We sell via the internet and telephone orders. We are not a part of ANY CHINA MANUFACTURING Company
Our merchandise is purchased from outside suppliers and estate auctions. Most all our merchandise is in good used condition. If the merchandise shows no signs of use, this will be stated on the web page where you find your pattern. Some newer discontinued patterns acquired from retail stores will be listed as new on the web page.
Note: All our china is pre-owned unless specified otherwise. We cannot guarantee these have not been in smoke and pet environments. All new china will be noted as NEW and has not been used.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: All merchandise is subject to prior sale.
For this reason, we encourage you to order when you find your pattern listed.
There is no minimum order and all prices quoted are honored for 10 days
except for items on sale. Sale prices will be good for the time specified.
Robbins Nest does not honor those prices that are obviously unrealistic,
such as those made by computer or human error.
We are not perfect and occassionally may make errors. If for any reason,
we may make an error, it will be corrected as soon as we are notified.
Our mistakes will be at our expense, not our customers.
DISCLAIMER:
If you are not completely satisified with the quality of any merchandise
you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, (less shipping
charges and credit card fees on orders paid for with credit card), for
those pieces returned within 10 days. We stamp each piece prior to shipping;
this stamp must be intact for a refund.
INSURANCE:
All merchandise shipped by Robbins Nest is insured for full replacement
value. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, we will not refund
or replace orders that you do not file insurance claims on. Take the damaged
items in the original packing with the invoice included with your order,
to your post office and file the claim. For UPS orders call 1-800-742-5877
and notify them of the damage. If they instruct you that the seller must
file the claim (they sometimes do this) email or call us with all the necessary
information. |
