Every effort will be made to accurately describe each item. We are well aware of the frustration caused
by 'hidden' flaws and do not wish to cause anyone that headache. We are capable of mistakes but will make every effort to correct any we may make.

minor crazing or light trimwear. We do not ship pieces with damage or heavy

Note: All our china is pre-owned unless specified otherwise. We cannot guarantee these have not been in smoke and pet environments. All new china will be noted NEW and has not been used.

We will place a hold on your item for 10 days upon confirmation of your order. If your payment does not arrive within the 10 day period, the item will be returned to inventory
