Thank you for shopping with Robbins Nest. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
"We will cheerfully accept the return of any of our products which fails to please you. We do ask that you return the item/items within 10 days of purchase." If we can replace the item, we will; if we can't we will refund the amount of the sale excluding shipping cost upon receiving the returned item.
We charge 9.99% on all credit card returns (credit card fees and handling charge) unless it is an error made by Robbins Nest. If we make an error, we absorb the cost of correcting.
If for any reason we agree to pay any return postage, the amount must be reasonable and approved by Robbins Nest. We do not refund UPS pick up charges.
Our merchandise is water marked. Do not wash if returning! We will not accept returns unless our mark is intact.
If you return the item it must be returned in original packing and returned within ten (10) days of receiving. All items that need to be returned to us for exchange or credit must be fully insured.
We pack china to UPS and USPS standards. If for any reason merchandise is received damaged, we must be contacted within three days after receiving. We cannot fill out insurance forms if we do not know what was damaged.
It is your responsibility to retain the damaged pieces in original packing material till you are asked to return or receive other instructions from us.
If you claim your package was not received and we have proof of delivery (which will be emailed to you), it will be your responsibility to file a claim with carrier. All packages shipped from Robbins Nest are insured and will have a tracking #.
