Shipping Cost

How much is shipping and handling?

The estimated shipping rate in our shopping cart is valid only in the Continental USA.  The cost will be adjusted for other countries and/or provinces and for customers requesting faster delivery.

All packages are shipped UPS ground unless you request otherwise.  Our minimum packages weigh approximately 3 pounds.  There is no limit to the pounds we can ship.  We rarely ever pack over 24 pounds in a single box for safe delivery reasons.  Orders weighing more than 24 pounds may be delivered in more than one package as the heavier the package the more likely it will be handled roughly.

POST OFFICE ONLY: If you piece can be safely packed in a Post Office flat rate box, we will ship at the flat rate per your request.  Otherwise, we will search for the best option available through the Post office and/or UPS.

To ship to other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, the charge depends on the weight of the items selected and the shipping address.  You can email us with a list of the desired items for shipping/handling charges.  Or you can complete your selection and we will email you back with the shipping/insurance fee.
All custom fees will be paid by the customer as these are set when packages arrive in the country sent to.  We have no control over custom fees.

How are the items packed and shipped?
All items are carefully wrapped in approximate packing material and double-boxed to insure safe delivery. We ship via UPS ground unless you request other services.  The shipping routing number is available to help you track the package upon request.
