Antique and collectible carnival glass is a beautiful iridescent glass loved by collectors. It was used as a giveaway item at carnivals and grocery stores from about 1907 to 1925. Some companies brought back Carnival Glass in the 1960s and continue to make it to this day. Although it was made in over 60 colors the best known is an orange-gold color called marigold. Other popular colors are: Amethyst, Blue, Green and Peach Opal.
