Homer Laughlin China, Americana, China Replacements

Replacement China in the Americana china patterns made by Homer Laughlin China.

Americana tableware patterns were made by Homer Laughlin for Montgomery Ward from 1949-1956.

Americana is the name given to this very mixed shapes set.  Americana was composed of the Willow, Brittany, Americana and Empress shapes.  The only Americana shapes are the teapot, cover and the A.D. cups and saucers.  The Americana line was an exclusive Montgomery Wards pink underglaze decoration and was number W-2553.  It is marked "An American Subject, Currier and Ives Print, James Parr Engraver, Made in U.S.A. by Homer Laughlin" (all within a scrolled drawing).
