Homer Laughlin China, Colonial pattern 4793 china replacements
Colonial pattern 4793 late 1800s - early 1900s china replacements made by Homer Laughlin China.
The Colonial shape was released prior to the turn of the 19th century. Other shapes, Danube, Geisha, Golden Gate, Ovide, and Rococo were used in the Colonial line. Only the cup is the Colonial shape. The Alaska and Newport shapes are also used in the Colonial set. In a 1901 catalog the American Beauty bowl was used in the Colonial set composition. The Colonial shape is not easily found.
