Homer Laughlin China, Piccadilly, China Replacements

Replacement China in the Piccadilly china patterns made by Homer Laughlin China.

Piccadilly 1940 - The Piccadilly dinnerware shape, released in 1940, was made to go with the Brittany flatware..  It was modeled soon after Brittany and was first referred to as "New Brittany" but late in 1939 the name was changed to Piccadilly.  The shape of the Piccadilly hollowware is very simple and straight in line.  The handles are flat on top, and drop down in a quarter curve to meet the straight sides of the body.  The lids are simple, with flattened round handles.
The Piccadilly shape is considered to be somewhat rare as very little of this can be seen in shops.
