Homer Laughlin China, Royal Majolica Scenic Dinnerware Replacements
Replacement China in the Royal Majolica Scenic Dinnerware made by Homer Laughlin China.
Royal Majolica Scenic Dinnerware 1908 - Royal Majolica is a decoration name and not a shape name. The decoration no. 390 was used on The Angelus, Colonial and Hudson shapes produced by the Homer Laughlin China Company. The Palm Fetchteler decalcomania company produced the Royal Majolica in 1907 and 1908. It was an exclusive decoration for the Sears Roebuck Company. Each piece was elaborately decorated and was an exact reproduction of national scenes such as farmhouses, bridges, dwellings with thatched roofs, rivers, oceans, and country scenes in summer and winter. Each piece was stippled in genuine bright coin gold.
