Victoria: 1960s - Vincent Broomhall designed the Victoria shape in the 1960s. Victoria is a white, swirl shape marketed under the Sheffield name and was offered in various premium stamp catalogs. The Arcadia decoration on Victoria was offered in a 1966 S & H stamp book. The 45 piece set was offered for 7 1/2 books, the 20 piece set was 2 3/4 books.
