Thank you for shopping with Robbins Nest. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

"We will cheerfully accept the return of any of our products which fails to please you. "Returns must be requested within five (5) days of receipt and be pre-approved by Robbins Nest. If we can replace the item, we will; if we can't we will refund the amount of the sale excluding shipping cost upon receiving the returned item. We charge 10% on all returns (credit card fees, restocking and handling charge) unless it is an error made by Robbins Nest. If we make an error, we absorb the cost of correcting. If for any reason we agree to pay any return postage, the amount must be reasonable and approved by Robbins Nest. We normally will not reimburse more for the shipping cost than the customer was charged.

If you return the item it must be returned in original packing and returned within ten (10) days of receiving. All items that need to be returned to us for exchange or credit must be fully insured.

We regret that we cannot refund charges for pickup / shipping / packing provided by USPS or other carriers which are not part of Robbins Nest. If an item is returned unclaimed or not deliverable, the customer will be sent an e-mail reminder and allowed seven (7) days to pay additional shipping charges in order for the item to be resent. All non-deliverable items, unauthorized returns or items not picked up locally within 2 weeks from the close of sale will be considered a no sale and resold without further notice.

If the order you are returning, qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our merchandise is water marked. DO NOT WASH BEFORE RETURNING! We will not accept returns unless our mark is intact.

We pack china to UPS and USPS standards. If for any reason merchandise is received damaged, we must be contacted within three days after receiving. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file any claims and insurance reimbursement will be paid directly to the buyer. It is your responsibility to retain the damaged pieces in original packing material till you are asked to return or receive other instructions from us.

If you claim your package was not received and we have proof of delivery (which will be emailed to you upon request), it will be your responsibility to file a claim with carrier. All packages shipped from Robbins Nest are insured and will have a tracking #.

We are only human and not perfect, but we will go the extra mile to have and keep happy customers.
